Lost Property
Our priority is to promptly return any lost items to their rightful owners.
- Each week, a variety of items are unintentionally left behind on our vehicles. Our drivers collect these items and bring them back to the depot for documentation.
- The administration team works diligently to log each item by the next day, but the process may take up to 2 working days.
- Lost property is typically held for a month to give ample time for retrieval, excluding perishable items or debit/credit cards. For security, we securely dispose of bank cards to prevent fraud. Please contact your bank promptly if your card is missing.
- To reclaim your lost item, fill out the “Lost Property Reporting” form below with detailed information about your journey and the lost item to help us locate it efficiently.
If we find a potential match, you will receive a telephone call or email indicating when and where to collect your item, usually within 2 or 3 days.
- If requested items may be returned via Royal Mail this will however incur a small handling fee.

Please note that for valuable items you will be required to show proof of ID on collection.
If you find lost property on our vehicles, please hand it to the driver.
